Mine Coins
At 10xF, students has to reach gold level to get a job offer. Once a student registers, he/she will be at beginner level. There are five skillsets (Analytical skills, Technical skills, Softskills, Project Skills, Interview Skills) where students has to mine coins by playing them. The more the coins are mined they will be pushed up to different levels like Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Select a Job Expert
Most students get stuck at one level while mining coins in the game , in this case they can take the guidance from Job Experts to reach gold level. Job Experts comes as Mentors or Coach. Based on their credibility like ratings, number of students got placed, STG (number of students they have made to reach gold level) students can subscribe to any of the job experts. Most of them provide free service.
Market your skills
At 10xF, students can market their various skills by uploading videos of duration max 5mins. These videos are shared with the employers and other students in the platform. The more the likes and followers they get increases their employability rate.
Accept Offers
At 10xF, Student resumes are generated automatically based on their performance. Companies post online Recruitment Drives (RD), if a student is qualified for a RD then he/she can show interest against that RD which will be notified to the company. Companies will scrutinise the interested student resumes and roll out offers if they get shortlisted. Students can either accept or reject the offers.
